R. E. Collier, Inc. Builder, is a family building and development firm which has produced custom homes for 47 years.  Richard E., “Dick”, Collier incorporated in 1964, and in 1985, his son-in-law, Warren, “Dutch”, Goddard joined in to expand upon a tradition of excellence in quality, craftsmanship, and customization.
